The young blacksmith who made this knife is called Kyohei Shindo and he is based in the town of Tosa in Japan. This artisan is beginning to establish himself on the important Japanese cutlery market thanks to his expertise in the creation of his blades. Many believe that his name will soon be known worldwide.
Kyohei Shindo knives are characterized by a fairly rustic finish and an ultra-fine edge.
